Neobook Fintech Private Limited a private limited company with its
registered office at C2, Ekatma Parisar Rajbandhan, Maidan Path, Raipur,
Chhattisgarh 492001, operating under the brand name “Neobook” (“Company”,
“Neobook” “We”, “Us”, “Our” and terms of similar meaning) owns and
operates:

The Site and the Application together are hereinafter collectively
referred to as the “Platform”
The Platform operated by the Company (i) enables you to collect, track,
manage your revenue and receivables paid both offline and online via
Payment Gateway or Bharat Bill Pay System
We at Neobook are committed to protecting Your privacy and personal
information, and this Privacy Policy outlines how Information (as defined
hereinafter) will be collected, used, processed and shared in connection
with access by users, applicants, visitors and viewers (hereinafter
referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User” as applicable) of Our Platform. By
accessing and using the Platform, You consent to the use of Your
Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not share any
User Information with any third party without Your consent, except as
outlined in this Privacy Policy or as permitted by law. The collection,
usage, and sharing of User information by Us shall be in compliance with

monitor their children’s internet usage and to ensure no Personal
Information is provided through our Service(s). If You have reason to
believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information
to Us through the Platform, please contact Us and We will endeavour to
delete that information and terminate the child’s account from Our
databases.

ACCESS AND DELETION OF INFORMATION
When You sign up for Platform, You are opting in to receive emails from
Neobook. We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the Personal
Information that You provide to Us and any subsequent updates. As a User,
You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer Your Personal
Information that We hold, including registration/application details. You
also have the right to withdraw any consents that have been previously
granted, however, You may not be able to access the Platform or avail the
Services in such instances.
You can manage Your email preferences and follow the “unsubscribe”
instructions in commercial email messages. If required by You, Neobook
will delete the Personal Information provided by You in connection with
the Platform. We will remove Your public posts from view and/or dissociate
them from Your account profile, but We may retain information about You
for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy, unless prohibited
by law. Thereafter, We will either delete Your Personal Information or
de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to Your
identity. Upon deletion of Your Information, copies of Your Information
may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light
of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable
law. The criteria for determining the duration for which We will keep Your

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Us, Our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
partners, and employees and hold Us harmless from and against any claims
and demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party
arising out of or relating to: (i) Personal Information and contents that
You submit or share through the Platform; (ii) Your violation of this
Privacy Policy, or (iii) Your violation of rights of other person(s).
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that the Neobook, including its
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, business
partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to,
damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, information, details or
other intangible losses (even if the Neobook has been advised of the
possibility of such damages), resulting from; (a) use of, or the inability
to use the Platform and/or Services; (b) failure or delay in providing the
Services; (c) any loss or damage arising out of Your failure to adhere to
Your obligations under the Terms and/or this Privacy Policy and/or; (d)
unauthorized access to or alteration of Your Personal Information or
otherwise.
YOUR CONSENT
By using the Platform and/ or by providing Your Information, You consent
to the collection and use of such Information in accordance with this
Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing Your
Information as per this Privacy Policy. You specifically agree and consent
to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing
Information (including Personal Information) related to You with third
parties, service professionals or to registered business partner/users for
